Best sisig ever. Why is this place so good? Every trip that I go to California, this is my go to spot before leaving for the airport.

Crispy House is my family's quick "go to" Filipino restaurant. It's our second favorite place for Filipino food behind the restaurant located on 183rd St/Pioneer Bl. Crispy House isn't fancy, but its ambiance is like eating at home. Our regular line up entrees are Crispy Pata, Chicken Chopseuy, sisig, Binagoongan Fried rice and their silogs. They're all yummylicious. The service is great. They get overwhelmed at times, but they always accommodate everyone. The owner/manager is super nice.

While certain dishes stood out (the kare kare for instance with its ultra rich, peanut sauce), others like the pork sisig (too salty) are a pass. The flaming halo-halo was absolutely delicious and caramelizing the flan on top with the fire was a nice touch. With the slow, slowdown service however, I think I'll have lunch elsewhere. It was a good one-timer though.

Great food, reasonable prices. Looked like they do a lot of catering as well. Very busy restaurant, little wait, but worth it.

This place was originally named Magic Wok when I first went here. It is the same people that run it since the first time my Mom brought me here. They are friendly. The place could use a facelift. Ambiance is that of a "mom and pop" cafe. Food is always comforting. My staples are the Crispy Pata and the Pancit Canton..but I ordered the Pancit Sotanghon for my nephew. Also ordered another staple.. Shanghai Lunpia. My Dad had the Pinakbet. I liked it all except for the Sotanghon. I just like the other noodles but this one was fine. They really haven't changed their recipes since I have been going here so I'm happy about that. Usually a wait so try not to go across the way to Del Taco for a snack. LOL. Had the Halo Halo which is decent at $6.99. Refreshing on a hot day.

This is my favorite filipino spot! Their food is out of this world! We came here on a Sunday night around 7:10pm (they closed at 8) and it wasn't too busy. We waited about 10 minutes for a table of 5. Once seated, we ordered the sisig (BOMB) lechon kawali, Shanghai lumpia, and longanesa. Everything was absolutely delicious. My favorite is the sisig. It's the right amount of crunchy and flavored very well. Everything was good, and it came out as it was ready. The service was very good too. They are very friendly and speak tagalog as well. They treat everyone like family, and their prices are very affordable. Their portion size is very generous as well. We were stuffed and brought leftovers home. Ambiance is nice, and they can accommodate a large party of like 10. Catering is also a very good option. GET THE SISIG, YOU WON'T REGRET IT. We drive like 30 minutes to get here, and it is definitely worth it. We'll be coming back!

So glad this restaurant reopened! My husband's family went here often before the pandemic and now that they're open for dine-in, we're happy to come back. Plenty of seating, tables are clean, and service appears quicker (although we went on a weekday evening). The best crispy pata and pork sisig. And their other dishes like chop suey, fried rice, sinigang, and of course, halo-halo for dessert satisfy any Filipino-food craving looking for quality and quantity too. I noticed that takeout is still popular so if you live nearby, try it out and you're welcome to call ahead to reserve a table for parties larger than 6. There's no sign outside yet but park near the Del Taco.
